Our database of consultants consists of over 1.2 million CV’s across the group and 60,000 CV’s specific to the telecom sector. Having the right skills at the right time is the most vital element of any project or operation and hence the telecom industry has seen an explosion of resource providers and recruiting agencies.
As employment and tax legislation has become more stringent in the last 5 years, customers have had to take measures to assure that contracts and supply relationships are not presenting a risk to themselves, particularly in respect of tax and social security indemnification and mitigation of employment liability.
This issue is also coupled with resource providers and agencies supplying expertise in an ad hoc manner that limits a customer’s ability to take advantage of approved commercial terms and control the resourcing process.
Fulcrum Telecom is currently providing services to support the selection and management of resource providers, with business processes and communications fully integrated with the customer organization.
