Due to the continued success of our consulting teams, we have a requirement to recruit Resource Specialists into our offices in Singapore

Our Resource Specialists take the solutions designed by our consulting team and make them happen. This entails using every means at our disposal to build world class networks of people and being able to identify, reach and engage the best people for our clients’ assignments. Sometimes this will be in search of a team of technical specialists to work in an exotic location, others it will be to identify a single, senior person to fulfil a key executive role.

The role is all about making contact with people and building relationships with the best talent in our industry. We work globally, so deal with professionals all over the world and in every area of the Telecoms industry. Our resource specialists need to be inquisitive and excellent listeners, in order to understand the people we work with. They also need to be adept at detective work (to identify the people in the first place), able to influence people and capable of producing high quality work within strict deadlines.

Our resource specialists come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are looking for their first opportunity post-graduation. Others have some experience in recruitment and are looking to build upon that in a more technical discipline, or higher up the value chain. Others come from people- or sales- focused roles in other industries. The pre-requisites are first class communication skills and the ability and desire to succeed in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
